Breakfast : Plain Rolled-oats (1 bowl)

In-between meal : Plain water

Lunch : 1 portion tempe, 1 portion kerabu mangga & 1 grilled fish

In-between meal : cekodok pisang 3 biji (salivating for more..!!)

Dinner : Oats
